General Guidelines for Logo Use
- By using the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines.
- You may only display the Logo on your Web site, and not in any other manner.
- You may only display the Logo on a web page that makes accurate references to Olympic Panel Products or its products or services. The Logo must be displayed adjacent to the reference or at the bottom of the same page. You may not display the Logo in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Olympic Panel Products.
- You may not display the Logo on any site that disparages Olympic Panel Products or its products or services, infringes any Olympic Panel Products intellectual property or other rights, or violates any state, federal or international law.
- These Guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in Olympic Panel Products's logos or trademarks. Olympic Panel Products reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Logo at any time. Olympic Panel Products reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Guidelines, infringes any Olympic Panel Products intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law.
- OLYMPIC PANEL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
Placement & Treatment
- The Olympic Panel Products logo is a specifically designed form of the company name and may not be retypeset or modified in any way.
- The Olympic Panel Products logo should only appear in a horizontal position.
- The Olympic Panel Products logo may never be used to represent the word "Olympic Panel Products" in text, whether it appears in a headline, product-name logotype, or body copy.
- Use only approved Olympic Panel Products artwork. Artwork for the logo is available as printed logo sheets, and in electronic form.
- The Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the Logo) between each side of the Logo and other graphic or textual elements on your page. The Logo may not be incorporated in the design of any other logo.
- The Olympic Panel Products Logo may never appear with any other symbol, nor may it be contained within a box, circle, or other shape.
- The Logo may appear in red, black or white only unless other colors have been given approval by Olympic Panel Products's Vice-President of Public Affairs. When a color other than white surrounds the Logo, the Logo must appear in either white or black. You may not alter the Logo in any manner, including proportions, animations, or other features which distort its perspective or appearance.
